The Iguana is sometimes ahead of the curve, but is also willing to embrace tin foil at times, so I’ve parked this in that category for the time being. But I have to confess that I don’t even quite follow what it wants to mean.

This post is perpetuating the conspiracy theory that 9/11 was a government conspiracy not a terrorist attack on the United States.
I agree that the “No Arabs” post is not integrated with a more general treatment of 9/11 to sway anyone who hasn’t already researched the larger context.
I would recommend Webster Tarpley’s “9/11 Synthetic Terror: Made in the USA” to anyone as a beginning for understanding the events of 9/11.
In particular, Commentor Jim Johnson seems to need to review Tarpley’s book, and David Ray Griffin’s books. Without being disrespectful, Jim, may I say your comment only makes sense if you have a reason to mislead people and hide the truth.
I read the Iguana daily because he’s willing to post things on the far fringe and is frequently far in front of the curve on important stories. But that same willingness to believe the worst means that he posts loads of dreck as well. Taken with a grain of salt, Iguana is a fine dish.
On 9/11 in particular, he’s all over the map, simultaneously pushing mutually exclusive conspiracy theories. (The hijackers were being run by the CIA and also there weren’t really any hijackers because they didn’t appear on the manifests and (for a while there) the one that hit the Pentagon wasn’t a jet at all but a cruise missile but now it’s a jet again because he wants to use the manifests and passenger autopsies to bolster the case that it was a conspiracy but it doesn’t matter anyway because the towers were actually brought down by explosives (more recently changed to thermite) the government planted inside them and…
