in re filibuster: The idea of limiting debate in the Senate based on the wishes of a simple majority is inherently offensive.
BUT, lets make these people stand up on their hind legs and actually flat out full Wayne Morse filibuster. No more of these weenie “we could if we wanted to” filibusters.

But I’m sure the GOP will rediscover the Constitution and Checks and Balances by about oh 12:01 pm Sunday January 21 2009. Oh yeah and Joe Lieberman will be right there with whatever committee Reid lets him keep to start investigating.
