How to Complain in British

The British press are suggesting that this missive to Virgin Airlines might be is The best complaint letter ever.

I think the US version, were there one, would be a little less…polite…

    The US one would be shorter, too. Much, much shorter.

    That was hilarious. But I don’t know what ‘refreshers’ are, the things he thought he could mix with vodka, which instead turned into a cheese-like substance.

    I don’t see what the letter writer is complaining about in regard to the video. Boris Johnson’s face looks much better with flickering white lines running through it.
