That sounds like the type of header that would really give pause to a Citibank teller.
Maybe they had all gone to spam but I received a couple of new-to-me 419’s.
One claimed to be from IU, “cannot check out of my hotel!”, pls send money via Paypal
The other claimed to be a soldier in Iraq who had discovered cash and needed help smuggling it to the US (basically).
Ah! The innovation economy.
