Holiday Greetings from the ACLU

People who are old enough to remember the Cold War will remember this is exactly what they said life in the Soviet Union was like. Where ever you went, you were being listened to. You had to be very careful about what you said, where you said it, and who you said it to.
Why aren’t more people outraged by this?
