I’m going to make a very quick visit to Ohio, to participate in a panel on “Drones as Threats: Privacy and Property Rights” at the OSU Drones as Disruption conference that is being held in Columbus, OH tomorrow.
Agenda looks really good, I hope to learn stuff. But I’m starting to dislike airports.
Does my nano quadcopter, which weighs under an ounce, count as a dangerous drone? I am also a member of the Academy of Model Aircraft, but I can’t seem to find an answer to my question. I live inside the DC beltway, where I can’t fly anything under remote control. I retired 4 years ago (I was an admin judge), so I’ve got time.
