I’ve read that it’s an in-joke of some kind. But Biden has seemed finished to me since his first campaign video launched – everything he does looks so old, like it was made for my grandfather, or is a trailer for a Hallmark movie. In this case, someone of his experience should have known not to say that on camera.
Now, Bloomberg’s ads are amazing, so it’s not just age.
